No- and it depends on which interview you read as to what happened- the actor phil carey has been battling lung cancer but was doing well--according to one soap mag interview when his contract was up OLTL only offered him "recurring" or Part time status and Phil Refused-- another soap article said that Phil chose to retire--frankly considering how abc has treated it's other soap vets lately I am inclinded to believe the first story.-they did the same thing to Stuart D on GH

No, but his health isn't that good. He's like 80 some odd yrs. old, and I think he is, or had been battling cancer!
